Hotels
The EYC also provides a limited number of good quality hotel rooms on very reasonable price, on a first comes first serve basis. These are in the same building as the conference venue, in a nice green, still central location in inner Buda. Reservations for hotel rooms in the EYC – which we strongly advise – have to be made through MRI.

Hotel bookings should be made as soon as possible as the Budapest Marathon will be organized on the same weekend and Budapest will soon be sold out.
