Iván Tosics and Laura Colini: presentation on urban poverty

On 6 April 2016 Iván Tosics participated on the EU Urban Agenda „Second partnership meeting on Urban Poverty” meeting, and held a presentation with fellow URBACT Programme Expert Laura Colini on urban poverty.

The presentation called „What is urban poverty…?” considers the impact of the Great Financial Crisis in light of Europe 2020 poverty reduction goals, and takes a particular look at growing income inequalities and their social consequences. In the end, the presenters attempt to clarify the nation of urban poverty. The presentation is available here.
